Work with us.

The books are open, but the bar stays high. Before anyone joins us they show two years of UK cleaning behind them, two references, an enhanced DBS check and £1m of public liability cover. Weekday jobs, paid per clean, £18 to £22 an hour.

The job

Empty Liverpool rentals, cleaned to inventory standard.

Our bread and butter is checkout cleans across Liverpool's rental stock, from terraces to shared HMOs. It's regular work off a fixed checklist, so once you know the routine the surprises are few. A typical clean runs three to eight hours, scaled to the property. You work empty homes, solo or with one other cleaner, weekdays from 9am to 5pm. The address, the size, the slot and how to get in all land with you ahead of time. Dealing with the customer is on us, not you.

Our hiring bar

Every cleaner we take on clears all of these. No shortcuts.

Two years of UK cleaning experience, minimum. Homes, offices, checkouts, all of it counts. What matters is that you've logged enough hours to move quickly and leave nothing behind. If you're just starting out, come back once those hours are in the bag, not before.

Two UK references. Two people who've paid for your cleaning and would book you again tomorrow. We ring them ahead of your first job, without fail. If we can't check you out, there's no work.

Enhanced DBS check. You're by yourself inside someone's empty rental. Landlords, agents and tenants have to trust that everyone we put through the door has been properly checked first.

£1m public liability insurance. It's there for the odd day a knock or a mark happens. Any working cleaner in the UK carries it as a matter of course.

Right to work in the UK. Bring your documents to show us before day one. There are no exceptions to this.

Own car. The work stretches across Liverpool and Merseyside, so a job in one postcode can sit a fair drive from the next. Most days you'll take on one or two cleans, often at opposite ends of the patch.

Own professional kit. Vacuum, mop, cloths and trade-grade products, all of it yours. We don't hand out equipment.

Why we're picky

Hiring a cleaner you can't see is a leap of faith. We take that out.

Book a clean as a landlord or tenant and this checklist never crosses your desk. You still get the benefit of it. Behind every job stands someone with two years or more in the UK, references we picked up the phone to, an enhanced DBS check and £1m of public liability cover. That's the reason the clerk ticks the inventory and the deposit lands back in the account.

It's the same reason we say no to applicants most months. Growing the team slowly on people we'd stand behind beats packing the diary with cleaners we couldn't put our name to.

How to apply

Send us an email.

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your name and the Liverpool area you're based in
  • How long you've been cleaning professionally in the UK (two years minimum)
  • Two UK references with phone numbers we can call
  • Confirmation you have own car, professional kit, enhanced DBS, £1m public liability cover and right to work in the UK

Every application gets read here, not filtered by a bot. Clear the bar on paper and we'll be back in touch to set up a quick call and run your references. Hear nothing inside a week and it means we've filled the slot with someone else for now.
